Take the deposit from a patient who lives in another country.
Hair transplant and hair restoration clinics book most of their patients from abroad, by email or message. Send a deposit link to hold the surgery date and a balance link for arrival, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control. Patients pay from their own wallet, wherever they live.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.
Check yours in ten secondsA patient abroad, a date to hold, and a balance due on arrival.
The patient is in another country
Their bank sees a large payment to a clinic abroad and stops it, and the date is still not held.
Send the deposit link. They pay from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.
A deposit holds the surgery date
You keep a date free only once the patient is committed.
Send one deposit link, with your booking or invoice number as the description — never the procedure or the patient's name.
The balance on arrival
Patients often arrive carrying the balance in cash, in whatever currency they have.
Send the balance as its own link for the exact amount, and the patient pays it before treatment, in the currency the link was set in.
Deposits and balances settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
A deposit link, then a balance link.
Confirm the date and the price
Send the deposit link with your booking or invoice number as the description.
The patient pays from home
From their own wallet, wherever they live. A card option may appear where available in their country.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What a hair transplant clinic asks first.
Can the patient pay a deposit now and the rest on arrival?
Yes, as two links, each a fixed amount. Every link is a single payment; there is no payment plan, no instalments and nothing charges automatically.
The patient cancels after paying the deposit.
Your own terms decide what is returned. A deposit taken this way is a full payment, not a card hold, so returning any unused part is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.
What goes in the link description?
Your booking or invoice number only. Never the procedure or the patient's name.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Do you accept my clinic?
