Paid before the team travels.
Close protection and executive protection assignments are quoted, then paid in full before anyone boards a plane. Send your client one link for the assignment, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control.
Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.
Check yours in ten secondsCosts up front, clients abroad, and plans that change on the ground.
The team travels before the invoice would be paid
Flights, hotels and vehicles are booked for the team days before the assignment starts. Invoicing afterwards means carrying all of that yourself.
Quote the assignment, then send one link for the full amount before the team travels. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.
The client, and the assignment, are often abroad
A visiting executive, a family travelling overseas or a production crew on location may be paying from a bank in another country, at short notice.
The client pays from their own wallet, which suits a large amount — wallet, network and compliance limits still apply. A card option is offered where available; buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks, and card limits are often below an assignment fee.
The assignment runs longer than planned
A trip is extended by two days, or the team needs another member once they are on the ground.
The extra days are one more link for the exact amount. Nothing is charged automatically.
Assignment fees settle to a wallet only you control.
Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a client paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.
One assignment, one link.
Quote the assignment
Agree the team, the days and the price, then send one link for the fixed amount.
The client pays before the team travels
From their own wallet, or by card where available in their country and within its limits.
The payment reaches your wallet
After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in.
What a protection company asks first.
Can I take a deposit first and the rest later?
Yes, as two separate links, each for a fixed amount. There is no payment plan and nothing is charged automatically.
The assignment was cut short. How do I return the unused days?
Your contract decides what is owed back. Returning it is a payment you send yourself; Zoyn has no refund button. A wallet payment is not reversed by Zoyn after the required network confirmations; a card-funded payment can still be disputed under the provider's own rules.
What should the link description say?
Your invoice or assignment number. Never the client's name, their travel plans or where they are staying.
What does it cost me?
A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.
Will you take my company?
We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
