Payments for car parts exporters

Your buyer is on another continent. Get paid before the crate is closed.

Parts exporters ship used engines, gearboxes, genuine parts and consolidated orders to buyers who will never visit the yard. Send one link for the order after the buyer has seen the parts, and stablecoins settle to a wallet you control, instead of waiting on an international wire.

Before you read on: we publish every business type we take and every one we refuse — 28 we take, 11 we refuse.

Why this is harder than it looks

A buyer far away, a wire that takes its cut, and trust on both sides.

The order is paid before it is shipped

You won't crate an engine for another continent until it is paid, and an international wire takes time and fees.

Send one link for the whole order, with the order number as the description, and crate it once it is paid. Every link is a single payment of a fixed amount.

The buyer wants to see the parts first

Buyers ask for a video of the engine running or the parts on the bench before they pay.

Send the video, then the link. The order number on the link points back to the parts the buyer saw.

Paying across borders is the hard part

Some buyers' banks make international payments slow or costly.

The buyer pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

Export orders settle to a wallet only you control.

Two limits worth knowing. If your own account with us is under review, automatic payouts pause until that is resolved. And a buyer paying by card can be declined, or asked to prove who they are, before the money is sent — a payment that doesn't happen, never money taken back from you afterwards.

How it works

Inspect, pay, crate.

1

Quote the order and show the parts

The parts, the shipping to the buyer's country, and a video or photos the buyer can check.

2

Send one link for the order

The buyer pays from their own wallet, or by card where available — buyer eligibility depends on country, payment method, provider, and compliance checks.

3

The payment reaches your wallet

After the required network confirmations, in the currency the link was set in. Then crate and ship.

Common questions

What a parts exporter asks first.

Which countries can my buyers pay from?

It depends on the country and on how the buyer pays. The markets page lists where we can take payments today.

The buyer wants to pay part now and the rest when it ships.

Send two links, each for a fixed amount. There are no instalments and nothing is charged automatically.

The buyer says a part arrived damaged.

Your terms decide what is owed. A payment taken this way is a full payment, so returning any of it is a payment you send back yourself. Zoyn has no refund button.

What does it cost me?

A percentage of each payment, agreed with you in writing before you go live: crypto payments start at 0.75%, and card payments, if your business can take them, have a separate, higher price. No monthly platform fee and no setup fee. Network fees, and any extra charge for how your customer pays, are separate. Your customer pays them on top of your price and sees their total before they pay.

Will you take my export business?

We publish every business type we take and every one we refuse, and every application is reviewed before it goes live. We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.

Send your next export order as one link.

Apply today, and settle each payment to a wallet only you control after the required network confirmations. Every application is reviewed.

Legal & regulatory disclosures

Zoyn is software. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a payment gateway, a money transmitter or a money services business. Zoyn is never the seller in a sale (the "merchant of record"). Zoyn never holds a shop's money, and does not decide how long a payment company may hold it. When a customer pays by card or bank, the payment company handles that payment under its own terms and may hold it for a short time. The money then goes to the shop's own payment contract once the payment network has confirmed it.

Businesses can be based in 64 jurisdictions. A US state stays open when at least one checkout partner still serves buyers there. Customers can pay from 130+ countries through the checkout providers we connect to; which countries customers can pay from is set by those providers, not by Zoyn, and may change without notice. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
