What we can and cannot onboard.
Zoyn cannot onboard every kind of business. During onboarding you select your industry from a category list, and applications from unsupported categories cannot be submitted.
How it works
- The industry you select at onboarding is part of your shop record and is reviewed at approval.
- If your industry is not currently supported, onboarding will tell you at the business-details step — before you invest time in the rest of the application.
- Operating under a different industry than you actually do business in violates the Acceptable Use Policy and is grounds for suspension.
If your business changes
If your business model shifts into a different category after approval, contact support before the change goes live so the review team can confirm your account remains in good standing.
Where to check
The current acceptance posture is maintained in the Terms of Service (linked from every legal page), which is the authoritative document — the Acceptable Use Policy used to carry this and is now a section inside it. When this article and the Terms differ, the Terms win.
